Flooring Removal Services has the floor tile removal machine needed to get the job done effectively and efficiently. This floor tile removal machine works in one of two ways.
1. One machine has an oscillating blade that sweeps side-to-side at the base of the tile, breaking it loose from the glue holding it to the sub flooring. The broken tile can then be placed into containers and disposed of properly.
2. The second has a blade that shoots forward underneath the tile in a jackhammer motion; it separates the tile from the glue and breaks it into smaller pieces, making removal easier.
After the tile has been removed from the floor, the glue that held the tile in place has to be removed as well. There are chemicals that can be used, but they are messy and the fumes can irritate or damage lung tissue with exposure. There is yet another floor tile removal machine to get the job done. What it essentially does is grind the glue residue down into a powder form, and since it is hooked to a vacuum system, the dust is removed to a bag or barrel to be disposed of. This is about 99 percent efficient in removing the residue while readying the surface for the next flooring application.
At Flooring Removal Services we have the floor tile removal machines, and the expertise to get the job done in an efficient and professional manner. So you can be out with the old and in with the new.
